How do I Join and save?

Joining Subscribe and Save is easy. When choosing a product, simply select the Subscribe and Save option and your desired frequency from the drop-down menu. You can also select Subscribe and Save when reviewing items in your shopping bag. Simply select Subscribe and Save and your desired frequency in your Shopping Cart.

How do I change my subscribe and save (auto-order) subscription?

To Cancel Your Shipment: Please inform us 24-hours in advance of your ship date. Your Subscribe and Save will be canceled, no future orders placed, and you’ll be sent an email confirming your cancellation. Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.

Can I add to my next ‘auto-order’ subscription on my next order?

Absolutely! Please log into your My Account page, find your item and choose the Add This to My Order button. When you click this button, you will have the option to add the item as one-time only or as an Subscribe and Save. You can also find these instructions in the 'My Next Order' tab in the Subscribe and Save section of your account.

What is Four Payments?

Pay for your purchase in four interest-free installments (due every 2 weeks). You’ll pay your first installment at the time of purchase, and the remainder over time.

How do I use Four Payments for installment payment?

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At checkout choose Installments by FOUR as your payment method. It’s Easy. A minimum purchase amount may apply, and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

How does the Four Payments schedule work? When are my payments taken?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted automatically every two weeks from your original purchase date. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Four Payments account. You can log in to your FOUR PAYMENTS account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

When will my orders be delivered with Four Payments?

Four Payment orders are delivered at our standard shipping time frame after you complete your order online.

No, VU SKIN does not test products on animals. VU SKIN is a cruelty-free skincare line.

Are VU SKIN products safe to use during pregnancy?

We recommend speaking with your healthcare professional to determine if you should use any of our products while pregnant.

Why should I visit a licensed skin professional or dermatologist?

We always recommend visiting Vujevich Dermatology or professional to complete your full skin care diet. Your at home regimen of products will assist you in achieving the skin goals you desire, however, visiting with a professional for a treatment whether it be a full skin assessment, Botox, injections or chemical peel will only enhance and improve the results you may be seeing at home.

What do I do if I have an adverse reaction to a product I have purchased?

It is best practice to test a new product on a small patch of skin. If you have a known allergy to an ingredient, please do not use the products without consulting with your medical professional. If you have an adverse reaction, discontinue use of the product, and consult your dermatologist if the reaction persists.

What is the status of my order and how can I track it?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within two business days. Please check your email for shipping and order confirmation. Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you after your order has shipped. Or you can login to your VU SKIN account, click order number and on your order number page, your tracking will be displayed.

I forgot to order a product. How do I add to my order?

Our orders are fulfilled quickly, please contact our VU SKIN representative within 1 hour of your order being placed M-F 9:3 AM - 5 PM EST to see if one of our representatives are able to add that item to your order for you. Most often, you will need to place an additional order. In that case, we may be able to offer a discount on shipping.

How do I cancel my order?

In order to cancel your order please call VU SKIN at (844) 308-373 to speak with one of our representatives M-F 9:30 AM to PM EST. If you wish to cancel your order during hours, we are closed please email us at Products@vucare.com

My order shows it was delivered, however, I did not receive it. What should I do?

First check on your front or back porch, perhaps a neighbor's house, as sometimes the carrier may leave the package hidden to prevent it from being stolen. If you have tried that and can't locate your package, please contact our VU SKIN at (844) 308-3739 for assistance with your missing package.

I want to order a product that is out of stock. Can I backorder a product?

We currently do not accept backorders for out-of-stock items.

How do I get a receipt for orders that I have already placed?

You can login to your VU SKIN account and go into your order history. Locate the order you are looking for and select print.

What is VU SKIN shipping policy?

VU SKIN uses at its discretion either FedEx or USPS for all shipments within the U.S.

All orders will generally ship within 1 business day from the day of order placement. Carriers continue to report delays due to the impact of COVID-19 on their services. During peak times orders may take 2-3 business days to ship from the day of order placement.

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed over a weekend will ship the following business day.

Delivery address changes after an order has already shipped will incur a “change of address” fee of $20. Due to the impact of COVID, carriers are no longer offering guaranteed delivery for any expedited service chosen and will not provide refunds should a package not arrive according to the service chosen.

What are the shipping options and costs?

Please allow our fulfillment team 24 to 48 business hours to ship your order. Once fulfillment is completed, we will ship out to you via the shipping method you chose when completing your order. Once shipped you will receive an email with information to track your package.

How do I qualify for FREE SHIPPING?

All orders over $75 qualify for Free Standard US Shipping (Qualifier for Free Shipping may change during specific Promotions)

VU SKIN also offers FREE SHIPPING during promotions. You can sign up for these promotions by signing up for the VU SKIN email list. KEEP INFORMED & SAVE.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is automatically calculated in your cart at checkout. Shipping cost varies based on shipping location and weight. Domestic shipping is free once you reach $75 in products before tax.

Does Vu Skin offer expedited shipping?

We offer FedEx Overnight & 2 Day expedited shipping.

Where does my order ship from?

Vu Skin System ships directly from Pittsburgh, PA.

When will my order ship?

Most orders are fulfilled within 48 hours from when the order was placed. Please allow additional time for holidays and weekends.

How will my order be shipped?

For orders to the US, standard shipping uses UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS. Shipping outside the US will transfer from FedEx to your local carrier for delivery.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Why is my tracking not updated?

Shipping updates can take up to 48 hours once package has hit the carrier's hands. Additionally, the carrier site may be slow to update status between package scans.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

My shipment arrived and it was damaged. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize if you received any damaged items. Please contact VU SKIN at (844) 308-373 and one of our representatives will be able to assist you with your replacement or you can email us at products@vucare.com

What is VU SKIN return policy?

All products in unopened, unused retail sizes may be returned within 30 days of initial purchase for a full refund of the amount paid, if accompanied by an online receipt. We can only offer refunds for products that are purchased online, not products that are purchased at Vujevich Dermatology or a retail store. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees paid on initial purchase are not eligible for refunds. Please contact products@vucare.com to indicate a return and reason for
the return.
